A Guided Audio Meditation
This guided meditation will offer you a template for your meditation practice that reaches towards the direct experience of your authentic self, which is the essence and center of our being. We progress through the three stages of meditation: Calming the Mind, Resting in Stillness and Spaciousness, and beyond to the Center of our Being, our Natural and Authentic Self. This self, rather than our ordinary "I," is the reservoir of a natural serenity, happiness, wisdom, and compassion.
